Meet our staff

Abigail Kelso LMT- I am a licensed massage therapist with 12+ years of experience. I graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2012. I am the owner of Humble Hands Massage. 

I have several different continuing education credits. I am experienced and licensed with several different modalities from myofascial, trigger point therapy, cupping, scraping, myofascial mapping, hot stone, pregnancy, fibromyalgia, diabetes, dolphin neurostim and so much more.

I like to ride motorcycle in my free time, and spend time with my family. I have always been about helping people. If I can't figure out how to help a patient, I learn how to help them, or refer them to someone who might. Massage therapy is a true passion of mine, and I look forward to working with you!

Breann Carmona LMT- 

I pursued massage therapy in 2020 and found my passion and calling in helping others.

I went to Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and continue to learn and grow with continuing education classes and learning from Abby.

I utilize swedish flow, hot stones, myofascial release, trigger point work, scraping, and more to help my clients.

Outside of work I enjoy gardening, nature walking, or anything outside in the sun.

I enjoy helping clients body, mind, and soul to relieve pain, relax, and unwind.
